Monthly Family Freezer Meals - Once a month we offer family-size freezer meals to help make busy nights easier.

How it works:

• 5 freezer meal options will be available one week each month
• Orders are due by noon on Friday
• You can order them along with your regular weekly meal prep
• Each meal is $30 and comes in a 9x13 pan, feeding about 4–6 people (depending on your family)

Delivery:
All freezer meals are delivered on the second Tuesday of each month (Tuesday's starting at 8am @ New Ulm, Courtland, Nicollet, and Mankato/North Mankato - MN) OR (Tuesday's 3-7pm @ Bird Island, Fairfax, Franklin, Morgan, Morton, Olivia & Redwood Falls - MN).

About the meals:
• Meals are fully cooked and frozen
• Simply thaw and heat when ready to eat
• No nutrition labels will be included
• Each meal comes with simple heating and freezing instructions

Heating tips:
• Thaw in the fridge for 1–2 days for best results
• Reheat to an internal temperature of 165°F for food safety
