IF I FORGET TO PICK UP MY ORDER ON TUESDAY IN MANKATO & NEW ULM, CAN I GET A REFUND?

NO, all sales are final. We will send you a reminder text the Monday before your delivery, but pick up is your responsibility.

DO YOU DELIVER TO ME? WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Currently, online orders operate on a weekly basis with Friday at noon (CST) each week being the order cutoff time. Order online before Friday at noon and your order is ready for pick up on Tuesday: New Ulm between 9:30-11:30am (Walgreens parking lot: 608 N Broadway St, New Ulm, MN) & Mankato between 12:30-2:30pm (The Hub Food Park: 512 N Riverfront Dr, Mankato, MN)

⚠️ If you miss the order deadline, your meals will NOT be processed until the following week. 

MONDAY LOCAL DELIVERY QUESTIONS

DO YOU DELIVER TO ME? AND WHY NO LONGER DELIVERYING TO COUNTRY ADDRESSES?

Well Made will no longer be delivering to country addresses, unless you are close to a main highway or main county road on Mondays (Cities included within the delivery zone: Bird Island, Fairfax, Franklin, Morgan, Morton, Olivia & Redwood Falls – MN.)

Country customers, we will still deliver your order to one of the cities listed below of your choice. When you check out, in the ‘comment’ box list what city you are choosing for us to deliver to, on that delivery Monday we will notify you in advance when your order is ready for pick up in that city. Or we can always deliver your order to a family/friends address, just list it in the ‘comment’ box. Well Made has chosen to make this change to improve a seamless delivery process. With this change we hope to ensure the same approximate delivery time to each town every week so customers have an idea when their delivery will arrive.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Currently, online orders operate on a weekly basis with Friday at noon (CST) each week being the order cutoff time. Order online before Friday at noon and your order is ready for door delivery on Monday between 4-7pm (we will notify you as soon as they are ready to be delivered) (Cities included within the delivery zone: Bird Island, Fairfax, Franklin, Morgan, Morton, Olivia & Redwood Falls – MN.).

WHY IS THERE A FOUR MEAL ORDER MINIMUM?

This is because we will be delivering all orders for free, this is to ensure it is feesible for our business.

WHERE ARE WELL MADE MEALS PREPARED?

All our Well Made meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen.

HOW DOES WELL MADE BUSINESS OPERATE?

Well Made will be an LLC, owned by Shay & Raven All Runner and holds a small establishment license.

DO YOU SHIP MEALS?

At this time we do not.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A MEAL?

Unfortunately, we do not customize meals at this time to streamline and keep our prices affordable. But, we do offer bulk protein options if you are looking for a little more meat per meal.

DOES THE MENU EVER CHANGE?

Menu will now rotate every week starting 4/20/24.

HOW DO I HEAT MY MEALS?

Meals are already cooked and conveniently packaged in microwave-safe containers, all you
need to do is heat meals for 90-120 seconds (may vary depending on your machine).

HOW LONG DO YOUR MEALS LAST?

Meals store in the fridge for 7 days from the date on the front of the meal, which is the date it was prepared.

CAN I FREEZE THE MEALS?

You bet! The containers they come in are freezer safe and you can safely store meals in the freezer for up to a couple of months.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ADDRESS IS NOT WORKING WHEN I CHECK OUT ON THE WEBSITE?

Try entering another form of your address (example: 410 2nd St S>>instead try 410 2nd St) or try adding a period after the address. If that still doesn't work, please email us at wellmademealprep@gmail.com.

DO MEALS COME WITH A NUTRITION LABEL?

Yes! Each meal is run through our software to calculate the macronutrients for you. We print out that nutrition data and stick it on a convenient little label for you so you can stay on track with your goals. These labels will also include ingredient list, allergen list, and safe handling instructions.
