If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Reports & Returns

You have 2 calendar days to report an unsatisfactory item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To report an unsatisfactory product you can contact us by the information below.

Cancellations:

If there are any cancellations they will need to be submitted/requested by midnight Friday before the Sunday pick-up/delivery for a full refund. To cancel your order please email us at the contact information below.

REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

If your return or report is approved, we will initiate a store credit.

You will receive the credit to you within 7 business days by email.
